This purpose-designed Victorian location house in Hastings offers 4,300 sq ft of versatile, character-rich space across multiple floors. Carefully restored and extended, the property blends original period features with a contemporary burnt Larch rear extension and a muted, modern palette. The result is a highly adaptable backdrop suited to both stills and film.

At the heart of the home is a large, open-plan kitchen and dining room with dark wood cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling windows, and polished concrete flooring. The natural light and generous ceiling height (3.4m) make this space particularly strong for daylight shooting. Wooden flooring features throughout the rest of the house.

The property includes a large living room, an additional snug/second living space, five bedrooms (three doubles, two singles), a family bathroom, and a spacious en suite. The mix of vintage furniture, curated props and neutral tones gives the house depth, texture and flexibility.
Painting and decorating are permitted (with prior agreement), providing further scope for customisation.
