Fresh finds, first access.

This is where you’ll find the newest additions to the Location Lab collection — from modern residences and architectural gems to unusual spaces with untapped potential.
These are the latest properties to join our roster, offering exciting opportunities for productions seeking something current, unseen, or under-the-radar.

We’re constantly sourcing and curating new spaces across London, the UK, and beyond, keeping our portfolio dynamic and responsive to the evolving needs of filmmakers, photographers, and creative teams.
Many of these properties are exclusive to Location Lab or have only just become available for hire.

If you’re looking for a standout location before it appears in someone else’s production, this is where to look first.

Don’t hesitate to contact the team, we are always happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
