The detached studio is fully self contained and designed with photography and filming in mind. Interiors are generous and uncluttered, with high ceilings, natural materials, reclaimed wood flooring and an abundance of natural light throughout. The studio includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a spacious living space with an additional double sofa bed, sleeping up to six.

Alongside the studio, the Regency house offers additional shoot spaces or accommodation by request. Its contemporary yet characterful interiors provide contrast and flexibility, allowing productions to move easily between architectural styles within a single location.

Surrounded by open countryside, gardens and big Suffolk skies, the property offers privacy, scale and visual variety, while remaining highly accessible from London by road or rail. Ample parking is available on site, and external catering can be arranged where required.

Designed and run by a photographer and gallery director, the location has been shaped with an understanding of the practical needs of shoot teams, offering space, light, flow and calm in equal measure.
