Located in Bermondsey, just ten minutes from London Bridge, The Old Laundrette is a 9,000 sq ft production space occupying a former industrial laundry building. Arranged across two interconnected units, the location combines raw industrial character with the practical infrastructure required for contemporary film, photography and commercial productions.

The space retains many of its original industrial qualities, with generous volumes, exposed surfaces and adaptable open-plan areas capable of supporting a wide variety of creative uses. Its flexible layout allows productions to work across multiple environments within a single site, ranging from stripped-back warehouse aesthetics to more controlled studio setups using colourama backdrops and temporary set builds.

Recent upgrades have focused on improving production functionality whilst preserving the building's distinctive atmosphere. Dedicated hair and makeup facilities, a green room, upgraded washrooms, additional three-phase power and improved lighting infrastructure have all been introduced to support larger and more technically demanding shoots.

The studio offers both blackout and daylight shooting options, with drive-in access simplifying load-ins for equipment, vehicles and set construction. Extensive power provision includes multiple three-phase supplies and distribution points throughout the building, making the space suitable for commercial, television and film productions.

Situated outside the Congestion Charge Zone and benefiting from generous on-site parking, The Old Laundrette combines industrial authenticity with excellent central London accessibility.
