This expansive industrial warehouse is set over four floors, featuring a variety of textured walls and different floor surfaces, complemented by large windows that provide excellent natural daylight.

The ground floor, once home to horse stables, has a dark, atmospheric feel with a spiral staircase and original lift shaft. The first floor features a mezzanine and dilapidated, peeling walls. The second and third floors have a loft-style vibe, with original polished oak floorboards and a mix of glazed and textured brick walls.

The warehouse is an ideal location for photoshoots, filming, launches, or corporate away days. It can also be combined with LHO/015 (on enquiry), located next door. The space is decorated with an ever-changing selection of unique props. The industrial lift is fully operational, and the entire location can be blacked out for specific production needs.
