Historic Venue with Versatile Features
About
Originally part of the London Gaslight and Coke Company, this building was severely damaged during the 1940s London Blitz. It was later demolished and rebuilt in the early 1950s, before becoming a textile factory, car park, and theatre rehearsal space.
The space is equipped with electric blackout blinds, three-phase electrics, and a changing and makeup room with light-up mirrors, a steamer, and hanging rails. Two rooms upstairs can serve as green rooms.
The venue has two entrances, one of which is a secret entrance, perfect for events and immersive theatre productions. Outside, there’s a courtyard and parking space. With a large shutter for easy access and loading, this location is ideal for shoots involving cars and furniture.
