This private East London courtyard offers a large, secure outdoor space suitable for film productions, set builds, events and flexible creative use. Fully enclosed by high perimeter walls and accessed via a solid metal gate, the courtyard provides privacy and control within an urban setting.

The space functions as a blank canvas, making it particularly well suited to constructed sets, exterior filming, production base use or event builds. Its scale and open layout allow for a wide range of configurations, from technical production set-ups to contained gatherings and installations.

The courtyard can be hired independently or in combination with Studio 1, Studio 2 and the rooftop, enabling seamless indoor–outdoor work flows for larger or more complex productions. Free on-site parking and direct access further enhance its suitability for filming and events.
