Set within a renovated turn of the century Victorian warehouse in the heart of Shoreditch, this 5,000 sqft venue offers a powerful combination of industrial scale, architectural character and cultural significance. Long established as part of East London’s creative fabric, the space has retained its raw identity while evolving into a highly flexible setting for events, performances and productions.

At its centre is a dramatic double-height atrium, crowned by a ten metre high glass panelled ceiling that floods the interior with natural light. Exposed brickwork, original vaults and atmospheric railway arches frame the space, creating a layered backdrop that shifts comfortably from daytime shoots to large scale evening events.

In addition to the main atrium, two railway arches provide adaptable ancillary areas, while the rooftop, complete with re-purposed train carriages, adds a distinctive external dimension rarely found in London venues. Throughout, the character remains unapologetically industrial, with robust infrastructure, integrated staging, sound and lighting, and the freedom to adapt the space for a wide range of creative uses.
