Located in East London, The East Ldn Space is a compact, Victorian terrace re-imagined as a clean, contemporary shoot space. Spanning 440 sq ft, with an additional 258 sq ft garden studio, the property is defined by a restrained material palette, soft tonal contrasts and carefully placed moments of colour.

The ground floor is arranged as a through lounge and dining space, leading into a striking yellow kitchen, the focal point of the house. Set against otherwise neutral surroundings, the kitchen introduces a bold, graphic quality, complemented by marble work surfaces and concrete flooring. Natural light enters from both the front and rear, creating a balanced, evenly lit environment throughout the day.

Details are minimal but considered. Washed floorboards, subtle coving and a pared back approach to styling give the interiors a calm, editorial feel, while the peach toned bathroom adds a counterpoint to the kitchen palette.

To the rear, a bespoke wood clad garden studio offers additional shooting space, finished internally in a muted baby blue. The contrast between the main house and studio creates two distinct yet complementary settings within a compact footprint.
