The kitchen features exposed timber ceiling beams, dark green concrete worktops and a large central island, creating a strong visual anchor for shoots. Black framed glazing opens the space onto the garden, bringing natural light into the heart of the house. A downstairs WC completes the ground floor.

The first floor includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite to the front bedroom. Each room is individually decorated, offering variation in tone and texture while maintaining a cohesive interior style. The second floor loft bedroom has a lower ceiling height and is best suited for use as a dressing, styling or production support space rather than principal filming.

Furniture, accessories and decorative elements throughout the house can be used as part of shoots by arrangement. The property is a practical, characterful location for lifestyle, interiors and narrative led productions.
