About

This atmospheric 900 sq ft loft space offers a richly layered setting defined by period furnishings, deep colour and textural contrast. Distempered arsenic green walls form a seductive backdrop to a curated collection of oriental antiques, chinoiserie pieces and furniture spanning the Aesthetic movement through to Art Deco.

Vivid red Turkish carpets run throughout the space, offset by glossy black lacquered furniture and an abundance of objet d’art, while mature house plants soften the interior and add depth. Amber-toned lighting enhances the richness of the palette, creating a sense of intimacy reminiscent of a private club or hidden salon.

The space benefits from high ceilings (over 3 metres), original industrial detailing and generous sections of exposed brick, adding character and flexibility for filming and photography. Located on the first floor with good access via a wide staircase, the studio also includes an additional hair and make-up room with clothes rails, as well as kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Rooftop access is included, reached via a metal staircase, offering open views across the East London cityscape.
