Positioned within the vibrant Bankside district, the space combines strong natural light, bold interior styling and practical production facilities, making it well suited to filming, photography, brand activations and corporate events.

The penthouse features an open plan layout with expansive glazing on multiple sides, drawing daylight deep into the space throughout the day. Concrete walls and a solid stone floor enhance its refined industrial character, while vibrant furnishings, vintage accents and layered planting give the interior warmth and presence. The flexible layout adapts easily to a wide range of uses, from press launches and panel events to fashion shoots and private gatherings.
