This 1,500 sqft studio, set within a former Victorian tram depot, is an indoor botanical haven filled with mature plants that bring a vibrant, natural energy to any project. Skylights span the space, providing soft natural light that highlights the six-meter-high ceilings and original stone stable floor. Ideal for shoots that need a lush, organic backdrop, the studio combines a greenhouse-like ambiance with carefully curated antiques, furniture, and props for added character.

The space features a small outdoor garden that seamlessly integrates with the indoor environment, along with a full kitchen and custom dining table for added versatility. Two mezzanine levels provide unique shooting angles and the studio maintains a quiet atmosphere, making it perfect for filming and low key events.
