The Location Owner Agrees To:

Provide the location in a safe, clean, and fully functional condition, ensuring it matches the description and photographs provided in the listing.

Ensure access to the location during the agreed hire times, including any arrangements for early access or late finishes if pre-approved.

Ensure parking or access permits, where applicable, are available as agreed prior to the hire.

Provide basic amenities, including tea, coffee, toilet rolls, and any facilities explicitly listed in the agreement.

Immediately notify Location Lab of any issues or changes that may impact the hire period or the client’s intended use of the space.

Provide clear instructions for the use of any equipment or facilities included in the hire and confirm they are in good working order before the hire commences and Address any equipment or facility breakdowns promptly to MINIMISE disruption during the hire.

Inform the client of any potential hazards, restrictions, or guidelines for using the property, such as fire alarm protocols, noise limitations, or weight restrictions on floors.

Coordinate with the client or production team to assist with logistics and on-the-day requirements for the HIRE.

Submit invoices for additional costs, such as damages or overtime, within five (5) working days after the hire period ends, with supporting documentation where applicable.
