The principal space available for hire is the gallery, which comprises 1,000 sq ft across two interconnected ground floor rooms, with direct access from the street and its own outdoor area. Finished with polished concrete floors, exposed timber ceilings, original brickwork and generous east and north facing windows, the gallery provides a refined yet robust backdrop suited to exhibitions, product launches, talks and intimate events.

For appropriate hires, there is also the option to make use of additional areas within the wider building, allowing access to a broader range of studio, workshop and meeting spaces, alongside the external yard and garden terrace.
