The client Agrees To:

Ensure the location is left in a tidy and orderly condition at the end of each day.

Remove all rubbish and dispose of it in the designated bins.

Return any furniture, props, or equipment to their original position

Notify the studio manager in advance if any overtime is required.

Ensure all agreed start and finish times are adhered to and communicate any delays or changes immediately.

Be responsible for the safety and conduct of all individuals on site during the hire period.

Ensure that any equipment or set pieces that are brought onto the location are properly set up and removed without damage to the property.

Ensure that no restricted substances (e.g., hazardous materials, flammable liquids) are brought onto the site unless previously agreed upon.

Ensure all doors and windows are securely closed when the location is not in use.

Ensure that no noise disruptions occur beyond the agreed parameters, and that sound levels are kept to an acceptable level to avoid disturbing the local area.

Return any location-specific equipment (e.g., railings, hangers) to the studio manager at the end of the hire period.

Notify Location Lab and the studio manager immediately of any damages, accidents, or issues related to the hire.

Accept responsibility for any damage caused to the location or its contents during the hire period, including any repair costs.

Ensure all equipment deliveries and collections are arranged as per the studio’s guidelines.
